DAYBREAK GROWERS ALLIANCE SHARE POLICY


We offer a subscription-based service: you as the customer are signing up for regularly scheduled deliveries.

We deliver year round! Your subscription will renew on your weekly/biweekly schedule until you hold a box or cancel your subscription.

Our membership is flexible! We offer a convenient Pay As You Go payment plan and you can sign up anytime during the year. Read below for more details on our Share Policy.

Daybreak Growers Alliance  guarantees the highest quality and freshness. If for any reason, you are not happy, please contact us at farmers@daybreakgrowersalliance.com. We will be happy to issue a refund or credit for any product or order that does not meet your standards. Please contact us within two weeks of purchase for refunds on your order.

How does payment work?
Payments are made on a Pay X plan. At sign up you pay for whatever will be in your first delivery, after that you pay weekly for whatever will be in your share that week.

Any Extras you add on to your shares are charged to you in full during the week of delivery.

We do not store any of your personal or financial information on our website. Our online ordering platform is run by CSAware and your information is stored securely.

How do I access my account?
After signing up, you can access your account by going to this site: You can view your shares, change your item preferences, change your pick up location, credit card info, or password, and reschedule or place a delivery hold by signing in to your account.

Where can I pick up my order?

Please remember to pick up your order or have a friend, family member or co-worker do so.

What if I miss my pick up?

If you did not cancel your order by the cancellation deadline (Thursday 12pm) please make arrangements with a family member or friend to pick up your order, your order will be forfeited and will go to an individual or family in need if not picked up at the end of the pick up window. We’re sorry but we cannot give a credit for boxes that are not picked up; but don’t worry, the produce will not go to waste.

How do I change my pick up location?
If you want to change your pick up location, please do so by 12pm on Thursday the week before your delivery.

What if I am going on vacation, or don't want to order for a week?
You may put your share delivery on hold or reschedule to another week by logging into your account. Please do this before 12pm on Thursday for the following week. Your credit/debit card will not be charged while your delivery is on hold. You may reschedule your delivery to a different pick up site or week also. For emergencies or assistance, call us at 207-808-2189 or email farmers@daybreakgrowersalliance.com.

How will I learn about details pertaining to my orders and membership to Daybreak Growers Alliance?
Daybreak Growers Alliance communicates with you via email on a regular basis to inform you of a payment or to remind you of a scheduled pick up. Sometimes we will need to send out alerts about your order or inform you about happenings with our share program. By becoming a Daybreak Share member you are agreeing to open and read all email communications as soon as you see them since much of the information is time sensitive. We will be respectful of only sending pertinent details via email.

You will also receive weekly emails from us about finalizing the contents of your share box – you don’t need to do anything – but this is the time to swap out or add on items during the customization period each week (Tuesday evening - 12pm Thursday for the following week).

How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription completely at any time in your account or by contacting us by 12pm on the Thursday in advance of your next scheduled share delivery. To cancel your subscription, please call us at 207-808-2189 or email farmers@daybreakgrowersalliance.com. Please include Share Cancellation in the subject line, and include your full name and delivery location in your message. Please also request an email to confirm your cancellation.

What happens during the holidays or during weather-related delivery interruptions?
We will give you plenty of notice about holiday date changes or any rescheduling due to weather, please check your email if there are storms during the week of delivery.
